What is your refund policy?
Due to the fact most of our products are digital we do not offer refunds unless there was an error done on our behalf or product is physical.
My purchase won't download.
The most common reason for this is your internet speeds, we recommend having a stable internet connection when downloading our products. Some of our products have a limit on how many times you can download it, if this is the case please contact help@presetstudios.com for further assistance.
How to get Shopify for $1?
You can get Shopify for 3 months for just 1$ by going to our tutorial page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the text that says "Sign up for Shopify here"
Can I hire you guys to make my website?
Yes, you can just contact help@presetstudios.com.
How do I know if you guys received my email?
You’ll receive an email confirmation almost immediately. If you didn't get an email confirmation try contacting us directly help@presetstudios.com via email. Please note we respond to emails in order from oldest to newest so sending multiple emails only sends you to the back of that list.

If you didn’t recieve an email from us with your purchase try checking your spam or another emails associated with you. What is "Premade Designs"?
Premade designs is the name, a pre-made design. We here at Preset Studios have 3 to 4 artist making new trending designs every day. We put these designs up on our Instagram and put them for sale for you guys to use for whatever creative desire that you have in mind. Each design is unique and artistic its own way.
How do I use digital design assets?
You can use them for anything. Please note that some of our designs may have copyrighted or trademark material, so please use at your own risk.

How do I upload use a theme I purchased?
You simply drag, and drop the zip file onto your Shopify dashboard. For more assistance on this topic, please visit our tutorial page located in the menu tab.

MOCKUP GENERATORS

What is a vector mockup?
A vector mockup is something that you send manufactures when you want to produce clothing. It's basically a general outline of how you want the product to look.
How do I use my mockup?
Each mock up both vector and realistic have a ton of features crammed packed into the PSD file. Each of the layers are color-coded and are labeled. If you need further help on how to use your mock up, please visit our tutorial page located in our menu tab.
Can I upload my own logos?
Yes, you can upload your own logos, designs, and change the colors.
Can I change the color?
Yes, you can change your mockup to any color that you want. Photoshop uses a RGB color picker so you can fine-tune to the exact color you want.
What if I don't have Photoshop?
Unfortunately, all of our realistic mockup generators run on PSD, which is a Photoshop file so you won't be able to use these products. Now if you got Photoshop by other means other than paying, that is none of our business but please note that certain versions of Photoshop aren't compatible with the PSD file. Our vector mockups on the other hand, include a PNG picture of the mockups so you can use any editing software (Procreate, etc..

It depends on the preset, some of our presets do require Premiere Pro while others don't. Please make sure you check the description of the product before purchasing.

How do I apply for your giveaways?
There is no application for our giveaways. You just have to be active in our community. We do monthly giveaways on our Instagram @presetstudiosmedia where all you have to do is be the first to scan and use our QR code posted on our story.
How do I get an affiliate link?
Within the contact tab there is a tab named "Affiliate Program". You can apply for our affiliate program there. You can also click here as well.
How much can you make from an affiliate link?
You can make up to 90% commission from our affiliate program.
